Shipping & Delivery
All True North orders ship from our studio in California to you for free, with no minimums required. We take great care in packaging our prints carefully, and nestle them between two sheets of acid-free photographic protection paper before gently rolling them into a rigid poster tube (which itself is made up of 70% recycled paper).
Each tube is then labelled and double checked before we personally take it to our local USPS branch. We ship only using USPS Priority, which means that your order is fully trackable and will typically arrive within the week. You can use the above map to get an idea of how approximately long it will take your package to arrive after it’s sent from our studio in San Francisco.
We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can not account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. But rest assured, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at email@example.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace it for you.
"No Questions Asked" Returns
Buying custom art isn’t like buying some random thing off amazon. It’s special. It’s emotional. It’s personal. And because of that, we want to make sure that you (or the person you’re gifting this to) is happy with your purchase.
It should remind you of that one time at that special place. It should bring back warm memories. It should make you smile whenever you glance at it.
For all those reasons, we want you to be able to purchase from us knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money.
In that spirit, should you be unhappy with your True North purchase, please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know what is wrong with the print (we truly value your feedback) and we will do all we can to make it right. You’ll always be speaking with a real human, so please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you.
If there’s no way for us to resolve the issue, then just ship the art back to us (with the provided shipping tube) and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Period.
At the end of the day, we want you to be genuinely happy with your custom True North art print - that’s more important to us than making a few extra bucks by denying your return.

"What if I made a mistake in your order?"
If you want to change something or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 4 hours of placing your order. After that time, the order will be in the print, so it will be too late to edit.
